Hello!  My name is Laurie Tebbe and I work for CAPCO as the Marathon Family Resource Center Coordinator.  CAPCO’s mission is dedicated to providing and advocating community-wide actions and programs that increase individuals' dignity and self-reliance and improve community conditions, engaging all sectors of the community in Cortland County's fight against poverty.

The Family Resource Center (FRC) serves the Marathon community and is a place to access resources offered in Marathon and Cortland County.
