Hello! My name is Laurie Tebbe and I work for CAPCO as the Marathon Family Resource Center Coordinator. CAPCO’s mission is dedicated to providing and advocating community-wide actions and programs that increase individuals' dignity and self-reliance and improve community conditions, engaging all sectors of the community in Cortland County's fight against poverty.

Look for the center’s upcoming activities on flyers around town or in the monthly newsletter, the Torchlight & in the Cortland Standard.
The center provides opportunities for people in the community to access resources, including emergency assistance, Food Stamps, HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program), VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), WIC (Women, Infants and Children), Weatherization, SUPAC (Syracuse University Parent Advocacy Center), child development, fiscal management, GED preparation, health, safety and many others.
